Curated home fragrance and decor
The home edit.
Fragrance and decor, one aesthetic. One checkout.
Why we exist
Every home tells you something.
Most home goods brands make you choose: decor from one site, fragrance from another. The result is a room that looks assembled, not intentional.
We started Opal and Ember because fragrance and decor belong to the same decision. The candle on your shelf should complement the vase next to it. We choose both, under one editorial standard: everything here has to photograph in candlelight and belong to the same settled home.

One aesthetic. One checkout.

Matte Obsidian Bud Vase
$85
A small-batch ceramic bud vase in matte near-black glaze. 18cm, slightly irregular — each one is different. Holds a single stem or nothing at all and looks right either way.

Brushed Linen Throw
$168
130 x 180cm, washed European linen in a near-black charcoal shade. Brushed soft without losing the texture. The kind of thing you put on the sofa and never move.
Scent and space, decided together.
From the edit
What people are saying.
“I bought it on a whim and it has changed how my living room smells in the evening. The ceramic vessel is staying out permanently — it is too good to put away.”
“Gave this as a housewarming gift. The recipient asked me where I found it within two days of receiving it. The box is as good as the candles.”
“I've been looking for something exactly like this for months. Every vase I found was either too mass-market or a thousand dollars. This is neither.”
